CNC ROUTING

Manufacturing flat panel components, machinery windows, and equipment housings from virtually any rigid plastic. Engineered for durability in outdoor, wet, and abrasive environments.

A Glimpse into the
World of CNC Routing

CNC routing stands as a testament to the synergy between human ingenuity and technological prowess. This versatile technique, driven by computer numerical control, has revolutionised the way we shape materials, empowering us to create intricate designs and precise components with unparalleled efficiency. We have 3 CNC Routers with 2m x 3m bed in house.

How DOES CNC Routing Works?

A CNC router follows a set of digital instructions stored in a computer file. These instructions, known as G-code, guide the movement of the spindle and router bit to cut the desired shape or pattern into the material.

The router bit spins at high speed inside the spindle, which moves across three axes, X, Y and Z, allowing it to produce complex shapes and precise designs. The material sits securely on a worktable throughout the process.
