MOULDING

A Versatile Manufacturing Process for Producing High Precision Parts.

What is Plastic Injection Moulding?

Plastic injection moulding produces high precision components by injecting molten thermoplastic into a machined mould tool, where it cools into its finished shape. At our Milton Keynes facility we run ten injection moulding machines from 100 to 600 tonnes, moulding parts from a few grams to large industrial components. Our design team can take you from drawing to prototype tooling to full production.
