Injection moulding suits volume production because tooling is the main upfront cost. We typically recommend it for runs of [X]+ parts; for lower volumes our vacuum forming, CNC machining or fabrication services are usually more cost-effective, and we’ll advise which at quote stage.

Most thermoplastics, including ABS, nylon (PA), polycarbonate, polypropylene and polystyrene. If your application needs a specific engineering grade, food-contact, flame retardant, glass filled, our sales engineers will source and validate it.
