HOW WE WORK

From one off machined prototypes to scheduled runs of thousands, Advanced Plastic Technology delivers eleven plastic manufacturing services in house at our Milton Keynes facility. Fabrication, CNC routing, milling, turning, laser cutting, engraving, vacuum forming, line bending and injection moulding, every process is plastics only, so there’s no metal contamination risk, and every job runs under our ISO 9001:2015 quality system.

We process over 1,000 raw material line items annually, spanning plastics, grades, thicknesses, colours and surface finishes. As members of the British Plastics Federation, we stay at the forefront of material and processing developments.

Virtually all industrial engineering plastics can be machined and fabricated at APT, available in sheet, rod, fabricated and machined form. Working with more than a dozen manufacturers, we offer impartial advice on the most suitable material for your component or assembly.
